Gommagomma joins Loima

We are pleased to share an important milestone in the history of Gommagomma: our company is joining Loima, a company of Adler Group, as part of an industrial project focused on continuity, development and the enhancement of expertise.
For many years, Gommagomma has been a benchmark in the polyurethane sector, with recognised specialisation in pillows, special polyurethanes and 100% natural latex. This journey has been built on our capacity for innovation, the quality of our products, our technical expertise and the trust of the customers, suppliers and partners who have supported us over time.
This operation is intended to further enhance the technical, production and human heritage built over the years, opening up new prospects for development, integration of expertise and expansion of the offer.
The Gommagomma brand will continue to identify the line of products developed and manufactured to date, finding its place within Loima’s production. This will strengthen the positioning of the offer on both the national and international markets, while preserving the recognisability and value of our history.
The integration will make it possible to combine Gommagomma’s know-how in the production of padding and polyurethane solutions with Loima’s experience in the technological transformation of polyurethane itself. The progressive integration of the respective catalogues, in a complete and coordinated way, will also make it possible to offer customers a clearer, broader and more complete product range.
To our customers, suppliers, partners and stakeholders, we want to send a clear message: Gommagomma will continue to be a reliable point of reference, with the aim of ensuring continuity in relationships and preserving all the value that has been built over the years.
